Seasonal Pitches
A 12-month home for your touring caravan or motorhome, on a quiet, well-kept park in the North Yorkshire countryside.

Every pitch includes
- Hard standing for a caravan and car
- AstroTurf awning base (your awning can stay up all year)
- Grassed garden area
- Fresh water tap on every pitch
- 16A electric hook-up. Usage is metered (lockable) and paid separately, so use as much or as little as you like.
The site offers
- An immaculately kept amenities block with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Dog friendly (max 3), with a warm-water dog shower
- Site lighting at night
- Electric security gates at the entrance and exit
- CCTV coverage, which customers can view online
- Open all year with a 12-month holiday licence
- You're welcome to take your caravan off touring as often as you like
- Environmentally friendly: recycling and green toilet fluid only
Dogs welcome
We welcome well-behaved dogs with responsible owners. There's no dedicated dog walk on site, but dogs can be walked around the site on a lead, and there are lots of off-site walks a short distance away.
Tariffs & contracts
Choose to pay monthly or annually. Please call us for current prices.
Paid monthly
Payable by bank standing order on the 1st of each month, plus a deposit of 3 × the monthly tariff, which covers your 3-month notice period.
The contract is for a minimum of 12 months with a 3-month notice period, so on or after month 9 it can be cancelled by giving 3 months' notice. Once the 12 months are complete, the contract continues as a rolling monthly contract with 3 months' notice to leave the site.
Paid annually
The contract is for 12 months, but we still require a 3-month notice period. Three months before the end of the contract we'll write to you and ask you to choose one of the following:
- Renew the annual contract from the end of your initial 12 months.
- Convert to a rolling monthly tariff after the initial 12 months. This happens automatically if the contract isn't renewed or terminated.
- Give us 3 months' notice in writing to end your seasonal pitch contract.
Where we are
We're in open countryside, ¾ mile outside Cawood village, which has three dog-friendly pubs, a traditional village shop with post office, deli counter and café, and a garden centre with café. Supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away.
